It’s day one of your Athletic Greens journey, and we may be even more excited than you are. That's why we've pulled together tips from real customers to make your first few days with AG1 even easier.
START HERE
We recommend taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This will give you optimal absorption.
KEEP IT SIMPLE
Mix one level scoop into 8 ounces of cold water and shake for 10 seconds. You can even pour it over ice.
KEEP IT COLD

Once you open the package and transfer it into the AG1 canister, be sure to put it in the refrigerator. Our ingredients are carefully freeze-dried for potency and should be refrigerated after opening.

*If you have travel packs, don't worry about this step! Our travel packs are designed to stay fresh while on-the-go and do not require refrigeration if unopened.
