Setting Up Your Kit

POWER UP

Your Bolster will arrived charged for around 2 hours of usage. Press the power button for three seconds to power on the bolster. The LED light will turn blue when the bolster is on.

PAIR TO BLUETOOTH

Press and hold the power button on the bolster interface down until the blue light starts blinking. Select “Wave Bolster” in your bluetooth settings to connect. Light will stay solid blue when paired.

CALIBRATE

We recommend turning the vibration all the way up (all five LEDs illuminated). Make sure the volume on your phone is set to maximum. Control the headphone volume using the dial on the yellow headphone cord.

Settle In And Start Meditating

We recommend lying down on the bolster or sitting against it. The bolster should start at the top of your head and go down your spine.
