Hello Smiles Davis,
February has flown by, and as always, it was a month bursting with cultural celebrations – from Chinese New Year gatherings, to Valentine’s Day offerings, and American Black History Month events.
George, Therese, Donald and I ventured across the pond to a farming conference in Boston, where we had the pleasure of meeting many new and existing customers (and even caught a Boston Celtics basketball game). Next week, we’re thrilled to be returning to America’s largest Halloween exhibition for the second year running.
Meanwhile, back in our London HQ, the team have been busy working on several new features for you. Keep reading for:
As always, if you need any help setting up your events, head to our robust help centre or send us a message on the website chat and our team will get back to you in minutes.
Have a good one,
Jonny
You can now create discount codes that seamlessly apply to store and/or add-on products, unlocking a new way to drive sales (and supercharge your revenue!). Setting up product discount codes is as easy as creating ticket discounts, and is perfect for running time-sensitive promotions.
NEW: Send event confirmation content by ticket type
Ever wanted to tailor your order confirmations based on different ticket types? Now you can.
For example, if you’re running a hybrid event offering both in-person and online tickets, your in-person attendees will need venue information, while your online ticket buyers will need a streaming link. With this update, you can easily customise their confirmation emails to provide this separate information, helping to streamline your operations, and save you valuable time.
It's as simple as it sounds – now you can effortlessly check-in entire groups at once using our (free) check in app.
Managing ticket resends, cancellations, order rescheduling, and refunds can quickly suck up your time. So, our team has been figuring out the best way to give you self-serve functionality to empower ticket-buyers to independently manage their orders.
Stay tuned for further updates. And as always, please share any feedback you have, as it helps shape the future of Ticket Tailor.

With this in mind, we’ve gathered expert advice from Hannah Cox at Betternotstop and Manuela Cook from the Royal Association of Deaf People in this blog, which explores how you can make your events more accessible.
Curious about how to sell-out your events? Eager to leave a lasting impression (and boost your returning customers)? Whatever your goals for this year, investing in your brand could be the key to elevating your ticket sales.
