How do I track my shipment?

Visit online Order Status to view the most up-to-date status of your order. Some carriers, including the U.S. Postal Service, may not provide tracking information. If you ordered multiple items, you may receive separate shipments with no additional shipping charges. For more information about shipping or returns, please visit online Help.

Not at home to sign? Pick up instead

If a signature is required for an item on your order, the carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning it to Apple. Visit Delivery Options for more information.

Shipments being delivered by FedEx Express or FedEx Ground may be eligible to be held at a nearby location. Once your tracking information has been uploaded to FedEx, you can then utilize the customize delivery feature on their tracking page to determine if alternate delivery options are available. If you’d like to make a change to your shipment, simply follow the “hold for local pickup” link above by your tracking number.
