The challah made by Rosenfeld's Bagels is one of the most popular in Greater Boston, having won multiple awards from local publications over the years. Several years ago, Cook's Illustrated came by for some lessons in baking and braiding and subsequently featured the shop and their recipe in their fall issue. As part of the 50th anniversary campaign, we returned to the editor, who recently made a new video about the recipe for America's Test Kitchen and highlighted her techniques.
