Following customer feedback, we've made some changes. You can now download and share pet activity, feeding, and drinking reports from the Sure Petcare App.

Save as a PDF, then share via email or message to someone caring for your pet, such as your vet.

How to access and use the new feature

Follow these steps to access the new feature. Select a function and we'll show you where to find it in the Sure Petcare App.

From your pet's dashboard access reports for activity, feeding or drinking.

Use the export icon to save the opened report to a desired location on your device.

Alternatively you can share the report using the options on your phone.
