Meditation is about more than just relieving stress or sleeping better—it can open the door to a deeper understanding of your mind, and a fundamentally new way of being in the world.
Our Introductory Course walks you through the fundamentals of mindfulness, and teaches you advanced concepts and practices, too. It alternates between a 10-minute meditation practice and a brief lesson that explains the why of meditation. Many members have told us they discovered more insight just in our Introductory Course than in months, or even years, of practicing meditation elsewhere. We encourage you to stay with it.
You’ll also discover resources beyond meditation in the app, with lessons and conversations about Stoicism, psychedelics, neuroscience, free will, and more.
Ultimately, our goal is not only to help you understand the true purpose of mindfulness—it’s also to help you live a more examined, fulfilling life.
