There are now more ways than ever to get some Headspace. Start your day inspired with The Wake Up, learn the basics of meditation with Basics, or create the conditions for a restful night with Sleep. You can also bring your mind and body together while you work up a sweat with Move Mode.

Not sure where to begin? Try getting started with 10 minutes of meditation a day. If that’s too much, aim for three 10‐minute sessions per week.
