You’re about to start what will likely be one of the most memorable times of your life — senior year. And this summer, in between trips to the pool, summer adventures, and work or volunteer activities you may be involved in (a great addition to your college resume!), make some time to start planning for college and learning more about Arizona State University.
Here are some items you can check off your list this summer:
➊
Get ready to apply!
Review ASU’s admission requirements to make sure you’re on track to become a Sun Devil before the application opens in July.
➋
Plan your visit to campus.
Mark your calendars for More to Explore. At this free event, you will visit campus, explore all the opportunities ASU has to offer, and get answers to all of your questions about majors, financial aid, housing and more. Registration for More to Explore is open.
➌
Register for our SummerUp Camps.
We invite you to join other high school students this summer at ASU SummerUp Camps for a residential enrichment program on ASU’s West campus. Improve your skills and challenge yourself as you learn more about how to be a strong college applicant.
➍
Take time for self-care.
Whatever you choose to do this summer, make sure to relax and treat yourself. The school year is full of homework, papers and tests, and you deserve some time to have fun before your junior year begins.
I hope to see you at ASU this summer.
