Ready for a new challenge?

Start the year off right with the Resolution Reboot Challenge 2023! Throughout the month of January, participate in this three-week challenge to help you develop healthy habits. Whether you want to eat cleaner, exercise more, or just feel better about your body, this challenge is for you.

The Habit Score

You will receive a score each week that captures the results of your efforts. It will give you an overall picture of your health, and the more effort you put into improving your habits, the higher your score will rise over time. Your mission? To get as close to 100 as possible!

Get moving for your health

Walking, biking, weight training or yoga, the choices are endless. Whether you're on your own or with friends, stay active for at least 30 minutes a day to improve your score. Being active can certainly help you lose weight, if that’s your goal. But exercise is also especially good for your sleep, your stress levels and even your mental health.

Step on your scale with confidence

Weighing yourself isn’t always fun. But did you know that people who weigh-in on a regular basis are four times more likely to reach their weight goals? All the more reason to step up and improve your score! Remind yourself to weigh-in by putting your scale in a visible place. Weighing yourself every morning on an empty stomach will give you the most accurate results.

Sleep Soundly

Many factors can affect the quality of your sleep and in turn, your Habit Score. Having a bedtime routine that includes calming activities like meditating, reading or listening to music before bed can help you get a better night's sleep.
