In Episode 3, Rachel Budde, herbalist and founder of Fat and the Moon herbal body care, explores what it means to build a business rooted in embodied femininity and guided by the wisdom of the natural world.

More than a natural deodorant: Rachel shares how her herbal body care formulations act as a portal to reconnect us with our bodies and the plants around us. By intentionally navigating the (often) tense intersections of creativity and productivity, time and rest, she also offers a more spacious, intuitive approach to startups and leadership—one that centers community, collaboration, and plants as both teachers and muse.
