<p>Highbrow&#8217;s retention email does a good job in pointing out the reason why I signed up in the first place &#8211; to learn. They use their value proposition again with a CTA to get me to start another free course. One thing that would have made it better would have been using courses from categories that I had browsed (such as business).</p>
