This may appear as a general marketing email about Marmot products from Backcountry, but the real reason I received it is because I looked at multiple Marmot products recently. While I can't prove it, it is most likely that I was segmented into a Marmot customer list and sent this email when the sale of their goods commenced. But on top of the segmentation strategy, this is a really good email because of the design - the text is nice and large, the CTA buttons are easy to find, there's a good variety of different products, and it is mobile optimized already.
